Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to New Zealand and Australia, with shipping rates and free delivery limits for both.
What is the shipping cost?
New Zealnd wide $10 flat rate and Free Shipping on orders over $100.
Australia wide $30 flat rate and Free Shipping on orders over $400.
When will I recive my order?
We dispatch daily from New Zealand and aim to pack and ship your order within 3 working days. Delivery within NZ usually takes 1–3 working days, with rural addresses and Australian orders requiring a little more time. Please allow extra time during public holidays. You'll receive tracking details once your order is on the way.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards and we offer Afterpay.
Can I returne my order if I change my mind?
No, we do not offer exchanges or refunds, as all our items are sale items. However, we will always meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. If your item is faulty, please get in touch with us here with the following details: your name, order number, product name, and a description of the fault (including an image, if possible). We’ll be in touch to resolve the issue.
Do you offer Afterpay?
Yes we offer Afterpay as one of our payment options.
